If you live in Oxford city, Kidlington, and Bicester, we can offer free local delivery service within 3 days after the day you placed order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Tuesday - Friday) using Royal Mail Service. Royal Mail's delivery standard is 2 - 5 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £10 applies to orders shipping to mainland parts of UK. We do not ship outside of mainland of UK.

We do allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unboxed goods to us in clinic with the proof of purchase within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. Any unpacked goods are considered as none-resalable condition and cannot be returned.
