How many Treatments do I need?
The recommendation for most people is a course of 6-8. This depends on age, weight, severity of your condition and what kind of results you are trying to achieve.
Will there be side effect?
We recommend that you do not sunbathe or use a tanning bed in the week proceeding your radio frequency treatment, as this can cause some irritation to the skin. Mild soreness is possible after the treatment but is uncommon, and we advise that you use moisturiser on the area if irritation occurs.
How soon will the results start to showing?
The results should start to showing after 2-3 treatment. However, if you are having ultrasound or radio frequency treatment at same time, you will see result sooner.
Do I need to change my diet or exercise more?
You need to maintain a healthy diet and regular physical activity. The most important thing is that you drink plenty of water (1-2 litres a day) in order to flush out your lymphatic system.
How long will each appointment take?
This depends on how large the area is, if you are treating multiple areas and if you are having just ultrasound or radio frequency or both. For example: for radio frequency and ultrasound on the lower abdomen of a woman who weighs 9 stone and is 5’6, the appointment will take a little under an hour.
